Agency fees are required by the State of New Jersey and are .85% of your salary. In order for you to be a full member with Local 195 you must fill out a membership card and a payroll card and submit them to the Local for processing. Local dues are 1% of your salary and enable you to vote on the contract, attend chapter meetings, attend the Local picnic as well as entitle you to various union privileges.
