The new two-year term of the New Jersey State Legislature began on January 10th, and already more than three thousand bills have been introduced!
Many of the bills are initiatives that failed in the previous term and are back for further consideration. Only a small percentage of these bills will become law but Local 195 carefully monitors their progress and potential impact on our contract, members and the law.
