On December 8th, 2007, Rutgers University has officially changed the name of their main auditorium of the Labor Education Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey, to the "THE DOMINICK D. CRITELLI JR. MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM" .   This special honor will allow future generations of trade unionists to recognize and learn about a great man and beloved labor leader, and provide us with a way to celebrate Dominick D. Critelli's life.

During Dominick's tenure as IFPTE Local 195 President, he found an adopted home for the local's activities at the Rutgers Labor Education Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The Labor Center was the site of hundreds of shop steward classes, union meetings, bargaining sessions, and educational conferences. So it is only fitting that when thinking about a way to remember and honor Dominick's tremendous contributions to labor it involve the Labor Center.

As part of this tribute to Dominick, a fund has been established to renovate and upgrade the Rutgers Labor Education Center Auditorium, including a permanent exhibit depicting Dominick's career and life. We are asking that you consider a major contribution to the Dominick D. Critelli Memorial Fund to help complete this honorable tribute..
